* Check-in and check-out times are noted on the rental contract; Check in Saturday after 3 P.M. and out by Saturday 10 A.M.

* Telephone use is limited to local or credit card calls.

* Tenant will be responsible for any telephone charges incurred during their stay.

* Tentative reservations are taken up to 1 year in advance.

Discount Rates for Repeat Bookings and Seniors 62+ staying in cottage.

Rates: $700/week

$150/night - 2 night minimum

Security Deposit: $200 refundable cleaning fee
